Tour Itinerary

Meet your private guide at the port in Kusadasi before embarking on a scenic drive to the ancient city of Ephesus.

Ephesus stands as a remarkable testament to the cultural traditions of the Hellenistic, Roman Imperial, and early Christian eras. It holds significant importance in Christianity, being one of the Seven Churches of Revelation. The Apostle Paul is believed to have spent around two and a half years in Ephesus during his third missionary journey. Over the next two hours, you’ll explore the city’s stunning marble streets alongside our knowledgeable English-speaking tour guide.

Key highlights of your Ephesus visit include the Odeon, the State Agora, the Prytaneion, the Memmius Monument, the Temple of Domitian, Hercules Gate, Curetes Street, the Temple of Hadrian, and the Latrines. An optional visit to the Terrace Houses, renowned for their intricate mosaics and frescoes, is available for an additional fee of €15 per person; please inform your guide in advance if you're interested.

Continuing your journey, you’ll explore the iconic Library of Celsus, stroll along the Marble Road, visit the Commercial Agora, the Great Theater, and the Arcadiane (Harbor Road), each site offering a glimpse into the grandeur of ancient life.

After your Ephesus exploration, head to Sirince, a charming village once inhabited by Byzantine Greeks, nestled on the hills of Selçuk just 7 km from Ephesus. Following the peace agreement after the Turkish War of Independence (1919-1922), the village became predominantly Turkish. Sirince is celebrated for its beautifully preserved traditional houses and its renowned fruit-flavored wines. You’ll have some free time to enjoy wine tasting, allowing you to savor the local flavors and relax in this picturesque setting.
